As a fully qualified, licensed mobile massage therapist in Suffolk, my goal is to improve my clients health and enhance their well-being. I believe that massage can balance a person’s mind, body, and soul. It revitalises our most precious resources for physical, mental, and emotional health.

Over twenty years ago I qualified in Anatomy Physiology and Swedish Massage and then went on to qualify with an ITEC diploma in Aromatherapy   I have recently added to my qualifications with ITEC level 3 & 4 Sports Massage, specialising in soft tissue injuries.together with a certificate for Taping and Strapping soft tissue injuries.
